After 30 years of combined experience in Land Surveying the owners decided to form Watson & Duggan PLC in early 2003. The company was created with the principle goal; to provide the latest and best product of the times but with the old mentality that every project is to be handled as if it were the company's own personal project With their office in Farmville and residences in Appomattox and Buckingham Counties, they are able to serve a large area with personal services. Watson and Duggan, PLC is small enough to take care of each job (no matter the size) with the attention it deserves, but large enough to complete big projects. Watson and Duggan, PLC is equipped to prepare site plans, road designs, erosion, and sediment control plans in addition to construction staking, subdivision surveys, and boundary surveys.
